The Transition Vault by yogaxlee – Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Transition Vault, operated by Xlee LLC. By subscribing to and using The Transition Vault, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Subscription Services

The Transition Vault provides access to a comprehensive, searchable library of over 450+ creative yoga transitions and teaching resources. The platform includes:

1. Smart filters for building your own flows by direction, pose (starting or ending), body part, and more

2. Done-for-you Power Flows that include a 5–10 min video of the full sequence, a written PDF, and creative transition tutorials with written cues

3. Ongoing updates and educational content to support creative, confident sequencing

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscription:

1. $14.95/month for new members

2. $12/month for legacy members (grandfathered)
   Payments are processed automatically each month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

 

Annual Subscription:

1. $149.95/year for new members

2. $120/year for legacy members (grandfathered)
   Payments are processed automatically each year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Payment and Renewal

Payments for monthly and annual subscriptions are processed automatically and renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account. Upon cancellation, access to The Transition Vault will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable.

To cancel:

1. In the App: Go to Account → Active Credits + Memberships → Cancel

2. On Desktop: Click your profile photo → Active Packages → Click the ellipses (...) → Cancel

Please ensure you cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

 

6. Use of Content

The content provided in The Transition Vault is for informational purposes only. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that any transitions or sequences used are appropriate for their practice and students.

 

7. Acknowledgment of Risk

By using The Transition Vault, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity that carries a risk of injury. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any yoga activities. Xlee LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur from using the transitions provided.

 

8. No Medical Advice

The content provided through The Transition Vault is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions regarding a medical condition.

 

9. Waiver and Release

In consideration of being permitted to use The Transition Vault, you waive any claims you may have against Xlee LLC, its instructors, employees, and representatives for any injury or damages incurred as a result of using the provided transitions.

 

10. Third-Party Liability

Xlee LLC is not responsible for any injury or damages that may occur to any third party, including your students, as a result of incorporating transitions from The Transition Vault into your yoga classes. You agree to hold Xlee LLC harmless from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses arising from the use of The Transition Vault content.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xlee LLC, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses arising from your use of The Transition Vault.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided in The Transition Vault is the property of Xlee LLC. Subscribers may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

 

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Xlee LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

14. Modifications to Terms

Xlee LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any material changes, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of The Transition Vault after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

16. Taxes

Xlee LLC complies with applicable state and local tax laws. Currently, digital subscription services provided through The Transition Vault are not subject to sales tax in the state of Florida. However, if your billing address is outside Florida, you may be subject to local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, GST, or Sales Tax).

You are responsible for any such taxes, and Xlee LLC reserves the right to collect and remit taxes as required by law. Should tax laws change or become applicable to your location, the appropriate tax amount will be added to your subscription fee at checkout.
